Should you need to initiate a return for any reason, just follow the instructions below and know that we’ve got your back throughout the process! 
  1. First, make sure your request is in adherence with our Return Policy, outlined below. 
  2. Next, reach out to with your order number, the reason for your return and request for an exchange, store credit or refund. 
  3. Once authorized, send the item/s back to the address below with the carrier of your choice. We encourage use of a traceable service for accountability.

  1. Within 3-5 days of receiving your return, a crew member will reach out to complete processing.  

Return Policy 
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of purchase 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact 
  • Sale or “reduced price” items are not eligible for refunds 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility 
  • Mister Freedom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • All sales are final on vintage items 
  • Studio purchases are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee. Please contact prior to purchasing in order initiate a studio contract 
Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment and may take 3-5 days to reflect on bank statements.
