Payment

We accept the following payments:

  • Online - PayPal only
  • In-store - all major credit cards, PayPal, cash

All orders are charged in US dollars. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used online and in-store. If used online, please apply at checkout. 

Gift cards do not expire. 

Shipping

We ship our products all around the world 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 48 hours. When your shipment is on its way you will be notified with a shipping confirmation, including tracking ID. Please note that all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

We make sure to get your order in the mail as fast as possible, but we cannot control delivery times and custom delays. Please refer to the supplied tracking ID and courier if you experience longer than normal delivery times.

  • Shipping within the USA is $10
  • International shipping starting at $25
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $1000

Domestic shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times within the contiguous US usually takes 2-7 business days, depending on where youre located.

  • $10 flat rate shipping on orders below $1000

Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and we will instead use USPS for these shipments.

International shipping

All international orders ship via DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery time is 1-5 business days.

  • $25 - $55 on orders under $1000. Exact shipping rate is available during checkout.

We do not ship to Malaysia at this time.

Taxes and duties

Mister Freedom is not responsible for import taxes and duties added to imports. Please refer to your own countrys rules.

California sales tax is added to orders shipped within the state.

Returns & exchanges   

Mister Freedom will accept returns or exchanges on items in original condition. Simply contact us at sales@misterfreedom.com or through our contact form. Make sure you ship your item back to us within 14 days from the receipt of your original order. You must use a traceable delivery service, so we can keep up with your return package.

You can return items for store credit, refund or exchange within 14 days of when you have received your Mister Freedom delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on altered, stained, washed or otherwise damaged items. We reserve the right to reject any item that do not meet our requirements
  • Your return shipment must be shipped/postmarked within the 14 days of receipt
  • We do not offer return or exchanges on sale and reduced price items
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability
  • All sales are final on vintage items
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the return shipment
  • Studio purchases are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee

How to return or exchange an item

Please email us at sales@misterfreedom.com or through our contact form before returning any item. Please outline the nature of your return, as we are always interested in learning from your experience with Mister Freedom. Please include your order number and the return shipment tracking number when contacting us.
For a seamless experience, please let us know what you would like in exchange and we will put the item on hold if available.

You are responsible for return costs.

Mister Freedom is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your return.

If we approve your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. However, we do not refund shipping costs.

Receiving a damaged or incorrect item

If a received item is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us at sales@misterfreedom.com. We will take immediate action to remedy this.
