All orders ship globally, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) and are typically processed within 48 hours of being placed. After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation + tracking information.

Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Signature Requirement for Domestic Shipping: For the most secure delivery, we recommend standard shipping with signature required, which limits lost or stolen packages. In the event you’re not able to be home when the package is expected, consider using an alternate address (such as work) or scheduling a pickup at a nearby FedEx location.
DISCLAIMER: When choosing “No Signature Required”, you acknowledge and agree that you (the buyer) are solely responsible for the contents of the package once FedEx takes possession. Mister Freedom is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
International orders ship via DHL Express typically arrive within 1-5 business days. A signature upon delivery is required for all international orders.
$25 - $55 for orders under $1000 (fee tiers will be expressed on the invoice prior to checkout).

Taxes and duties
Mister Freedom is not responsible for import taxes or duties added to imports. Please refer to your own country’s rules for further info.
Returns & exchanges
Mister Freedom will accept returns or exchanges on items in original condition. Simply contact us at email@example.com or through our contact form. Make sure you ship your item back to us within 14 days from the receipt of your original order. You must use a traceable delivery service, so we can keep up with your return package.
You can return items for store credit, refund or exchange within 14 days of when you have received your Mister Freedom delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on altered, stained, washed or otherwise damaged items. We reserve the right to reject any item that do not meet our requirements
Your return shipment must be shipped/postmarked within the 14 days of receipt
We do not offer return or exchanges on sale and reduced price items
All exchanges are based on stock availability
All sales are final on vintage items
Shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for the return shipment
Studio purchases are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee
How to return or exchange an item
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact form before returning any item. Please outline the nature of your return, as we are always interested in learning from your experience with Mister Freedom. Please include your order number and the return shipment tracking number when contacting us.
For a seamless experience, please let us know what you would like in exchange and we will put the item on hold if available.

Mister Freedom is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your return.
If we approve your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. However, we do not refund shipping costs.
Receiving a damaged or incorrect item
