    These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mister Freedom website (www.misterfreedom.com), your purchase of products from Mister Freedom, and any other services provided by us. By accessing or using our website or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or make any purchases.

    1. Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Online: PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
    • In-store: All major credit cards and cash

    2. Gift Cards
    Gift cards can be used both online and in-store. To use a gift card for online purchases, apply it at checkout. Gift cards do not expire and are redeemable for their full value.

    3. Shipping Policies

    General Shipping Information
    We process and ship orders globally, five days a week (Monday to Friday). Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please note there may be a delay in shipment during sales and promotions.

    Please note that orders may be delayed due to carrier issues. If there are delays, we suggest contacting the carrier directly first. If the issue is unresolved, please reach out to our sales team at sales@misterfreedom.com.

    Shipping address accuracy is the responsibility of the customer. The address entered is the one that will be used for the shipment of your package. We are not responsible for incorrect address entries and are unable to send replacement packages for misdelivered items. 

    Domestic Shipping

    • Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Shipping may be delayed during promotions and sales.
    • For the most secure delivery, we recommend selecting standard shipping with a signature requirement. This reduces the risk of lost or stolen packages. If you're unable to be home when the package arrives, consider an alternate delivery address or use a UPS pickup location.
    • Disclaimer: If you choose "No Signature Required," you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the package once the carrier takes possession. Mister Freedom is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

    International Shipping

    • International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS and typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Shipping may be delayed during promotions and sales.
    • All international orders require a signature upon delivery.

    Taxes and Duties
    Mister Freedom is not responsible for import taxes, duties, or customs charges imposed by your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details.

    4. Returns & Exchanges

    Return Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
    • Sale, warehouse, or discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Vintage items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Please note if returning an entire order for a refund you may be subject to a restocking fee.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Review the return policy to ensure your item qualifies for a return.
    2. Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
    3. Request a return, exchange, or store credit.
    4. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be included inside the return package.
    5. Ship your return to the following address using a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation:

    Return Shipping Costs 
    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Mister Freedom is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. A signature upon delivery is the only valid proof of receipt in case of a dispute. If you opt out of a signature confirmation we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. By clicking the terms and conditions checkbox during checkout you acknowledge and accept this.

    5. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days once the item is received.

    Studio Purchases
    Studio purchases are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee and 3% credit card transaction fee. For studio purchases, please contact sales@misterfreedom.com prior to purchase to set up a contract.

    6. Discounts and Promotions

    • Price adjustments will not be issued for items that have been permanently marked down or are part of a promotion.
    • The newsletter sign-up discount can only be used once per customer. Any misuse or creation of multiple accounts will result in order cancellation.
    • Special promotion or sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

    7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@misterfreedom.com immediately. We will take prompt action to resolve the issue.

    8. Limitation of Liability
    Mister Freedom is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our website, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

    10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any legal action arising from these terms shall be filed in the appropriate court located in Los Angeles County.
