Mister Freedom® Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mister Freedom website www.misterfreedom.com, your purchase of products from Mister Freedom, and any related services provided by us. By accessing or using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or making purchases.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online: PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

  • In-store: All major credit cards and cash

2. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be used both online and in-store.

  • To redeem online, apply your cart at checkout.

  • Gift cards do not expire and are redeemable for their full value.

3. Shipping Policies

General Shipping

  • Orders are processed globally, Monday through Friday, usually within 48 business hours.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Please note: shipments may be delayed during sales, promotions, or due to carrier issues.

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. If unresolved, please email us at sales@misterfreedom.com.

Important: Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for incorrect address entries or misdelivered packages.

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery may be delayed during promotions and sales.

  • For the most secure delivery, we recommend choosing a signature required option.

  • If you opt for “No Signature Required,” you accept full responsibility for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once the carrier takes possession.

International Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via DHL or UPS and typically arrive within 1–5 business days.

  • All international orders require a signature upon delivery.

Taxes & Duties

You are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs charges imposed by your country. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: Sale, warehouse, or discounted items may be exchanged or credited only. Vintage items are final sale.

  • Full-order refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Review our return policy to ensure eligibility.

  2. Visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email.

  3. Request a return, exchange, or store credit.

  4. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Include this inside your package.

  5. Ship to:

Use a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation. Without this, Mister Freedom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • By checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, you acknowledge and accept this.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. However, because inventory is allocated immediately after an order is placed:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if not already processed or shipped.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee (covers payment processing, admin time, and inventory reallocation).

  • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Final Sale, Warehouse, customized, and promotional-event orders are non-cancellable.

  • Refunds (minus restocking fee) are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days.

To request a cancellation, email sales@misterfreedom.com with your order number immediately.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method (3–5 business days to reflect).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Studio Purchases

  • Subject to a 20–30% restocking fee and 3% credit card transaction fee.

  • Please contact sales@misterfreedom.com in advance to arrange a purchase contract.

6. Discounts & Promotions

  • No price adjustments on permanently marked-down or promotional items.

  • Newsletter sign-up discount valid once per customer. Misuse or multiple accounts will result in cancellation.

  • Promotional or sale items are exchange/store credit only (unless otherwise noted).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact sales@misterfreedom.com immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mister Freedom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, logos, graphics, and materials—is the property of Mister Freedom and protected under copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without our prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA.
