We introduced our classic Mister Freedom® T-Shirts around 2012. They are produced in California, USA, cut from domestically-milled premium tubular cotton jersey. The original pattern/construction/details are drafted from a vintage 1940s US military G.I. undershirt specimen from our archives, and the fit/proportions are inspired by period T-Shirts fashion styles.
We offer two distinct fabric options, “SKIVVY” and “STANLEY”, each released in limited carefully-selected colors. Although based on the exact same initial design, and cut from the same pattern, both T-Shirt models have their own attributes and specifics:
MF® “SKIVVY” T-Shirt:
True to its utilitarian and vintage Mil-Specs background, our SKIVVY features an exclusive mid-weight tubular cotton jersey with high stitch density. This tightly-knit fabric has minimal mechanical stretch, resulting in a fitted silhouette.
Depending on your body type and selected size, the SKIVVY is your choice for a mid-weight, period undershirt style with a trim, athletic cut.

MF® “STANLEY” T-Shirt:
Our STANLEY features an exclusive light-weight tubular cotton jersey with a slubby texture. This looser knit fabric has high mechanical stretch, resulting in higher drape for a relaxed silhouette, reminiscent of classic vintage 1960s-70s tourist/rock Ts.
Depending on your body type and selected size, the STANLEY is your choice for a light-weight comfortable T-shirt with an old school casual vibe and cut.
