Mister Freedom Return & Exchange Policy

We’ve got your back! If you need to initiate a return, just follow the steps below.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Review Our Return Policy (outlined below) to ensure your item qualifies.
  2. Visit Our Returns Portal Enter your order number and email address.
    • Here, you can request a return, exchange, or store credit.
  3. Receive Your Return Authorization
    • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
    • Be sure to include this RA# inside your return package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    • Send your item(s) to the address below using a traceable shipping service with signature confirmation.
    • Mister Freedom is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. A signature upon delivery is the only valid proof of receipt in case of a dispute.

Return Policy

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale, Warehouse or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
  • Vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If ordering multiple sizes of the same item returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Studio purchases are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee + 3% credit card service charge.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
    • It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Return & Exchange Processing:
    • Once your return is delivered, it will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. However, because inventory is allocated immediately after an order is placed:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if not already processed or shipped.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee (covers payment processing, admin time, and inventory reallocation).

  • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Final Sale, Warehouse, customized, and promotional-event orders are non-cancellable.

  • Refunds (minus restocking fee) are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days.
